HOw do i order?

All orders must be placed and paid for through our online store either using a credit or debit card transfer, or through paypal.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size, however there is a delivery fee of $9 for all orders under $100.

What is the cut off time for orders?

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before desired delivery or pick-up date.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee for all orders under $100 is $9.

There is no delivery fee for orders over $100.

There is no additional fee for orders collected from Jasmine Greens.

Where do we deliver to?

We are currently only delivering to suburbs in the 2256 & 2257 postcode areas. This includes the following suburbs:

Patonga, Pearl Beach, Umina Beach, Woy Woy, Ettalong, Booker Bay, St Huberts Island, Horsfield Bay, Phegans Bay, Daleys Point, St Hubert’s Island, Empire Bay, Killcare, Hardy’s Bay, Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe, Woy Woy Bay.

How long will meals last refrigerated?

All of our home cooked meals will come with serving instructions as well as recommended storage and use by dates.

Some of our meals will be delivered frozen, but most of our home cooked meals are made fresh to order and delivered chilled. They will keep in your fridge for 4 days chilled and up to 14 days frozen, depending on the meals selected.

Do you have Vegan or Gluten free options?

Yes we have a range of options for different dietary requirements. You can search for these in our categories and tags or look for our food labels:

v = vegan / gf = gluten free / nf = nut free

What is your safe food handling and delivering policy?

Jasmine Greens is a commercial kitchen with a 5 star health rating.

We pride ourselves on our strict food safety & hygeine practices and our clean and fresh kitchen. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our staff and community.

We are keenly aware of the increased health and safety concerns presented by COVID 19 and we are taking all measures to ensure all of our products are delivered to you in a safe and hygenic manner.

All staff members are trained before each shift on increased safety measures, hygiene standards and social distancing rules to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.

Importantly, and in line with expert advice, all staff will be washing their hands even more frequently (above industry standards) – even if they’ve had no outside contact, so you can have confidence that we’re doing it safely and responsibly.

We will be delivering orders in cooler bags with ice packs in the case your are not home when your order is delivered. Please leave detailed delivery instructions with your order when you complete your shopping cart, thank you.

Can food items be customised or altered?

There are no variations to our menu items. Please select carefully as there are no refunds or returns.
